is designed to be a great learning experience for beginner and intermediate
practitioners. He will teach various fundamental internal martial
art principles essential to all styles while doing basic exercises,
silk reeling, form (Chen and Wu styles primarily), and more. Please

LOCATION:
Trimble Spa and Natural Hot Springs, either on the lawn or in the
wonderful Sunlight Studio.
COST:
Free with regular hot springs admission for a limited time. Get
all-day access to the hot therapy pools and the Olympic swimming
pool. Combine tai chi with soaking. Why so cheap? Trimble owners
and managers are unselfish supporters of tai chi and qigong.

Want
to do a Special Lunchtime Practice on weekdays? Call to let me know
what time is convenient. There will be no charge at all for this,
but you don't get access to the hot springs, only tai chi.
Also,
5:30 pm Tuesdays at Rotary Park at the Gazebo on the River Trail
near Main Street Bridge. TIME: I prefer 5:30, but I could meet at
6:00 pm if you prefer. I will do more advanced practice following
the 5:30 practice if there is interest.

Sandy Zink
has trained in energy work, shamanism, Tai Chi and Qigong for over
twenty years. Sandy is known for her formidable "earth energy."
She studies Wu and Chen Style Tai Chi, Tibetan Tai Chi and Qigong.
She has been a student of Susan Matthews for many of those years
and a student of George Xu for 10 years.

Julia Pinkham found Tai Chi through studying massage
as a part of the traditional chinese medicine practices. She became
a serious student of Susan Matthews in Durango, Colorado and continues
to take part of international workshops with George Xu. Tai Chi
became more of a way of life than a hobby. While attending acupuncture
school she discovered it's applications to healing with universal
energy.
