Bob Lau began his Tai Chi journey in 1977. Bob has studied with Kai Ying Tung, George Xu, and Qian Zhao Hong, among others. He teaches traditional Yang (105 postures) and Chen (xin-jia) style Tai Chi Chuan as well as Xin Yi Quan. All his classes focus on improving internal strength, body alignment, and whole body connection. Bob's also brings to his classes his passion for learning the Chinese language and culture. Bob feels this provides students more background and a deeper understanding of Tai Chi Chuan as Chinese Culture is an integral part of Chinese martial arts.  See some of Bob's translations on his site.
