Nature
Qigong
—Every
outdoor workshop or retreat includes qigong meditations, visualizations,
and movements which connect and expand us into the elements and energies
of the natural world. Your physical body dissolves and the boundary of the
body and the outside world becomes less clear, even while experiencing
increased clarity. Tai Chi grounds you to give you a place to remember to
return to, to expand your presence in the world, and to gather energy. You
cultivate awareness of the true dimension of your being and your true part
of the whole. We walk, communicate with and
explore energy differences in the flora, fauna, and landscape, including
archeological sites. We learn to gather energy from the fire, sun, stars,
earth.
