George Xu has hosted this awesome week-long taiji camp for twenty
years; this year in beautiful Sonoma County, California. The Zen
Center is situated on 80 acres of rolling hills and mountainous
land, located 11 miles from the town of Santa Rosa. He is an excellent
teacher and one of the rare, high-level masters sharing internal
secrets openly.
Tuition:
$670. Includes room and board and camp t-shirt. Register and pay in full by July
15, limited enrollment. Send $100 non-refundable deposit before

Camp Information
This year George is focused on his 10 Point Theory, Lion Preditor Theory. 10 arm qualities required are dead, connect/not connect, spiritual, delay, melt, shrink while body expands, conditioning... Basic training throughout the camp will be drawn from Chen style
Taiji, Xing-Yi, Bagua, Tongbei. Participants practicing any form are welcome
and will benefit from the internal training applicable to all styles.
The main focus of this camp is on the melting of the structure, creating superior ground force or vertical zhong ding, gravity, whole body one unit connection, space power, superior power all the time against enemy no concave no convex, practice volume not line, practice spiritual not physical and down replace up. We will do qigong, a lot of two person testing, two person drills and applications, push hands.

Transportation:
With regard to travel from the SFO airport to the Center you will be responsible for getting to the Doubletree Hotel in Rohnert Park via the Sonoma Airport Express ( http://airportexpressinc.com/schedules.php). We'll schedule two to three pick up times as necessary on Monday the 26th. The hotel is a comfortable place to wait, relax and renew friendships or make new ones. There is no charge to be transported up to the Zen Center. Everyone should simply call George with

Lodging: The facilities include a meditation hall converted from a turn-of-the-century
redwood barn with pinewood flooring (30’x 40’), surrounded by redwood
decks, a cozy dining room (16’ x 26’), a large spacious yurt (30’
diameter), a smaller yurt (20’ diameter), a beautiful restroom/bath
house-uniquely inspired by the art of Japanese joinery, and several
rustic cabins. Bedding is provided. We will have a minimum of 15
people and a maximum of 30. The camp housing is segregated and although we will try, we can cannot guarantee couples' cohabitation.
Food:
Three delicious, mostly vegetarian meals will be provided daily.
Participants must provide their own specialty food for unusual diets
and food allergies.
