Practice exercises to connect and harmonize the physical as
one unit, with qi or vital energy, with mind intention and spirit
of infinity. Bring Spirit into the body and expand the body
into space during movement. Cultivate energy that is clear,
empty, alive, intelligent, that can go through as one unit.
Cultivate awareness, intention, and heart-mind harmony within
the energy field.
Saturday,
August 21, 9am-1pm
Power stretch technique (essential for whole-body connectivity).
Spiral Anatomy, a revolutionary biomechanics training. Dantien
qi circle training. Yin/Yang internal/external mind training.
Whole brain integration and neuroplastic stimulation. Principles
learned in this workshop compliment yoga and meditation practices.
For an artist, they connect the creative soul with physical
technique. Principles cultivate freedom and a relaxed generation
of power that can be applied to running, biking, skiing, dancing
and to relieve chronic pain.
